Our story

Our vision has always been to build modular units in a better more efficient and affordable way.

Modular building has come a long way over the years and we have ensured that we have embraced all the latest technology and utilised where possible eco-friendly materials in all our projects.

Since the inception of Duraman Spaces, the idea has always been to utilise all the advantages a modular as well as encompassing a beautiful design.  Natural materials are used to create both a warm and inviting space, but at the same time the pods have a robust feel in line with a traditional type of construction.

The in house team at Duraman Spaces provides ultimate flexibility for the design of your entire build from the workshop build right through to assembly at your home.  We'll work closely with you from the development stages right through to the completed build.

Design

We pay great attention to every detail, so your outside space comes with high levels of comfort built in.  High performance insulation is provided with a rating in line with a traditional building. Your new versatile space will welcome you into a warm, quiet space away from distractions.

Permitted development

The beauty of these constructions is that in most cases they can be installed without planning permission.  Our team will be able to advise on any specifics of your property and project that may impact on planning permissions.

We can deliver your building either lifted in as a complete module or as a panelised system so that your building goes up on site as quickly and efficiently as possible. More efficient, less hassle, and minimal disruption.
